Concord Man Indicted On Child Endangerment, Lewdness Counts: Docs

Bow, Franklin residents accused of drug dealing; Plymouth, Northwood women accused of ID fraud; and man indicted for stomping, killing cat.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Benjamin Aldrich, 25, of North Main Street in Boscawen, on reckless conduct and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He's accused of being in possession of the drug and driving a vehicle, at a high rate of speed, while being chased by police on Interstate 93 on Sept. 21, 2019, in Boscawen.

Travis K. Allard, pictured lower left, 41, of Rockland Avenue in Manchester, on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 28, 2019, he was accused of taking control a 2010 Ford van, owned by another person, in both Concord and Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, he's been convicted on theft charges.

Brandon Aubin, upper right, 36, of Shawmut Street in Concord, on three counts endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, five counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, and five counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, all felonies. He's accused of soliciting a girl under 13 and a girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity while sending them pictures of himself exposing his genitals and using Facebook to interact with them.

Melissa C. Bable, 41, of River Road in Plymouth, on two felony identity fraud charges. She's accused of using another woman's name and date of birth to obtain services at Concord Hospital while out on bail due to another charge on Sept. 5 and using the same information after being arrested by Concord police on Sept. 28, 2019.

Marie Belanger, 30, of Lingard Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on March 24, 2019, in New London.

Jasmine C. Bourdeau, 41, of Cove Way in Northwood, on identity fraud and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. She's accused of posing as another person during a motor vehicle stop and being in possession of the drug on July 7, 2019, in Sutton. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2019.

Charles S. Boyce, 37, of Thorndike Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on I-93 in Hooksett on Oct. 12, 2019, while already being certified as a habitual offender.

Skylar M. Bradley-Dade, 22, of Main Street in Henniker, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She's accused of holding a knife while approaching another woman on Sept. 13, 2019, in Henniker.

Vanessa Braley, lower left, 38, of Lancaster Street in Franklin, on a felony sale of fentanyl charge. She's accused of selling the drug on Pleasant Street in Concord on July 18, 2019.

Michael Briand, lower center, of Bow, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on one felony count of sale of fentanyl on July 19, 2019, on Broadway in Concord, and two felony counts of sale of fentanyl-accomplice on South Street in Concord on Aug. 2, 2019, and Broadway in Concord on Aug. 8, 2019, reportedly involving Megan Judd. Previously, according to the indictment, Briand was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2018.

Jacob M. Brown, 18, of Hill Road in Franklin, on cruelty to animals and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He's accused of stomping on the head of a cat named Spaz, to kill it, and washing blood from the floors on his apartment to impede an investigation by police on Nov. 5, 2019, in Franklin.
