Concord Man Indicted On Meth Dealing Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Women indicted on forgery and robbery charges; Andover man indicted on strangulation charge; Bow man indicted on armed robbery charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Haley T. McCleary, 23, of Lovers Lane in Chichester on forgery, theft by deception, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. The theft and forgery charges were from Sept. 3, 2019, in Concord and involved an accusation of a counterfeit Bank of America check being issued to Dan O'Brien Kia in Concord. The drug charge was from Jan. 17 in Hopkinton.

Michael A. Nadeau, 49, of Derry Street in Hudson on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Route 3A Bow on Jan. 4. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in March 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Tasha K. Nolan, pictured lower left, 22, of Mason Road in Chichester, on a felony robbery charge after an incident at a New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Concord on Aug. 16, 2019.

Sean Omara, lower right, 48, unknown address, formerly of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the incident, on two sale of methamphetamine charges on May 1, and May 14, 2019, in Concord and a single count of delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 31, 2019, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen. All the charges were felonies.

Richard O'Riley, lower middle, 64, of Harrison Avenue in Boscawen on a felony theft by unauthorized taking. He is accused of exercising control over another person's 2003 Saturn Ion on North Main Street in Concord Jan. 6.

Joshua E. Partridge, 33, homeless in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 21 in Concord.

John J. Perkins, 30, of Hill Road in Franklin on a possession of heroin-fentanyl charge on Oct. 29, 2019, in Franklin.

Alexander R. Plunkett, 22, of Franklin Highway in Andover on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He is accused of strangling a woman in Canterbury on Jan. 29.

Harry Rowley IIIy, upper middle, 60, homeless in Franklin on a felony duty to report charge. He is accused failing to register with the Franklin Police Department on Dec. 13, 2019. Rowley was convicted of felonious sexual assault of a victim under 16 but over 13 in August 1986.

Matthew Roz, upper right, 41, of Laurel Drive in Bow on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of pointing a handgun at a clear at the Quick Stop Store in Concord on Dec. 1, 2019.
