Concord, Pembroke Women Face Drug Dealing Charges: Police Log

Plus: Franklin felon, with numerous priors, arrested on theft, weapon charges; Dover woman charged with stalking; and warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Thanh M. Chinh, 41, of Concord was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on July 18 on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident at Concord Hospital. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 27 for an arraignment. Previously, Chinh was accused in Concord of controlled drug: acts prohibited charges in January and February 2016, and was convicted later that year. After receiving suspended sentences, he was accused of violating probation-parole and later, found guilty of those charges in April and July 2018.

Sheila M. Hill, 47, of Pembroke was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on July 18 on two felony sale of controlled drug charges after an incident at Dunkin' Donuts on Manchester Street. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 27 for an arraignment.

Michael A. Deveno, 51, of Franklin was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on July 17 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Dick's Sporting Goods on Loudon Road. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 27 for an arraignment. Deveno is a felon due to a rape conviction in Massachusetts in 1988. He was accused of sex offender registration violation in February and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 3. Deveno has been convicted on drug possession, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, duty to inform, and violation of probation or parole charges in the past.

John Allen Bousquet, 55, homeless in Concord; Sean Keven Omara, 48, homeless in Concord; and Robin Lynn Lane, 52, homeless in Concord; were all arrested between 5:01 and 5:50 p.m. on July 17 on warrants after an incident on Hall Street. The warrant for Bousquet was issued due to him being accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on a meth possession charge from March in Concord. He is due for a bail hearing on two charges July 29. Bousquet has a number of prior arrests and convictions dating back to the 1980s. Omara was wanted in superior court for active cases including felon in possession of dangerous weapon and controlled drug: acts prohibited charges from Bow in May 2019, a delivery, contraband charge in Boscawen in October 2019, and drug possession charges in Concord in December 2019. Omara was convicted on a 2018 drug possession charge in superior court out of Concord in November 2019. He was accused of a probation violation earlier this year and a warrant for his arrest was issued for the violation. Lane was convicted on drug possession charges in superior court in August 2018.

Averil E. Taylor, 32, of Dover was arrested on stalking and breach of bail charges at 5:30 p.m. on July 17 after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Michael P. Wing, born 1961, homeless in Concord received a summons at 7:15 p.m. on July 16 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident on Thorndike Street.

Victoria Madison Petricca, 20, homeless in Concord was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on July 16 on a felony sale of a controlled drug charge after an incident on Fisherville Road. She's due back in court on Aug. 27.
