Concord Residents Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges In Court

Roundup: Man in Maine prison indicted on burglary in Hooksett; Rochester man indicted on multiple child rape charges; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Benjamin D. Lake, 36, of Franklin Street in Keene on a felon in possession charge-a large knife and two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl, all felonies, after an incident in Henniker on Jan. 4. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of robbery in Cheshire County Superior Court in January 2016.

Robert Latsiou, 23, currently incarcerated in Maine, previously from Manchester, on a felony burglary charge. He is accused of burglarizing a structure on Hooksett Road in Hooksett sometime between Oct. 1, 2017, and April 22, 2018.

Danielle A. Lemay, 27, homeless in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Jan. 28 in Concord.

Robert Lavallee, 55, of Boynton Street in Manchester, previously from Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior convictions, from Kmart in Hooksett on Dec. 18, 2019.

Mary Levis, 62, of a federal medical center in Lexington, Kentucky, on a felony sale of buprenorphine charge on Nov. 22, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of conspiracy to distribute heroin in U.S. District Court in August 2017.

Christopher Levreault-Manoli, 41, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, previously from Laconia, on a felony forgery charge. He is accused of passing a phony $20 bill at a Cumberland Farms in Concord on May 30, 2019.

Charles Little, 58, of Rollins Street in Concord, on possession of buprenorphine and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 19, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Sullivan County Superior Court in May 2016.

Lance Locke, 44, of Ela Court in Rochester on six felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of fondling and raping a girl multiple times between January 2006 and March 2012 in Allenstown.

Albert D. Lynch, 48, of Minge Cover Road in Alton Bay on habitual offender, possession of fentanyl-heroin, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. He is accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Dec. 28, 2019, and trying to conceal drugs from state police.

Anthony T. Manning, 52, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoner charge. He is accused of kicking another person in the head on Nov. 21, 2019.

Marcel Mason, 34, of South Main Street in Concord on a felony sale of a substance represented to be methamphetamine charge on North Spring Street in Concord on March 29, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell in Coos County in November 2014.
