Concord Teen Arrested On Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Samantha Labbe, born 1990, homeless, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2019, on a fugitive warrant as well as two bench warrants at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. According to a court affidavit, an officer was sent to the garage for a report of people hanging out in the stairwell to the Red River Theatres. One was identified as Labbe, who had extraditable electronic bench warrants out of Charlotte County Florida on two felony violation of probation charges. The warrants were checked while Labbe reportedly told the officer that she thought her probation was transferred to New Hampshire. She was arrested, refused bail, and was held. According to WinkNews.com, Labbe, an accused drifter, was arrested in March on possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, grand theft, and other charges. She and a man were accused of victimizing a Port Charlotte, stealing more than $50,000 worth of jewelry, guns, and other items, and pawning items to buy drugs.

George C. Beaton Jr., born 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Aug. 17, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges – due to two prior convictions. At least one of the charges stems from an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Joseph Audet, born 1988, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 16, on a simple assault charge after an incident in an apartment on Loudon Road.

Christine N. Hebert, born 1991, of Chichester, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 15, on a criminal trespass charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Samantha Lam, born 1990, homeless, was arrested at 5:12 a.m. on Aug. 13, on a warrant at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Joshua H. White, born 1979, homeless, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a bench warrant on Storrs Street.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, born 2000, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. on Aug. 9, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges as well as a bench warrant at the Irving on Fisherville Road.

Stephanie L. Pierce, born 1983, homeless, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. on Aug. 8, on two warrants at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Greg N. Lacerte, born 1987, of New Boston, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on Aug. 7, on stalking, violation of protective order, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges in the area of Concord High School.
