Merrimack County Residents Indicted On Drug Charges: Roundup

Sex offender indicted again; Queen City man indicted on burglary charge; Concord, Franklin, and Laconia residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joshua Kuhn, 32, pictured lower left, of Webster Street in Laconia, on felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on July 10, 2019, in Hooksett.

Damien LaFlamme, 20, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 3 in Franklin.

Jonathan H. Leblanc, 33, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on July 12 in Concord.

Liza M. Lufkin, 44, homeless, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 21 in Concord.

Ryan J. Luther, 27, lower center, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing a Shaker Road home on May 15 in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Edward J. MacIsaac III, 62, upper right, of Josephine Drive in Hampton, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Old Concord Road in Henniker on July 18.

Douglas C. Martin, 67, of East Alene Drive in Tampa, Florida, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Jan. 1, 2017, and July 31, 2018, he's accused of obtaining control of more than $1,500 from Colby Insurance Group of New London.

Steven Maxfield, 24, lower right, of Second Street in Concord, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after driving on East Side Drive and injuring a passenger that was in the vehicle he was driving during a crash on June 12 in Concord.
