K-9 Unit Tracks Down Accused Home Invader: State Police Roundup

CONCORD, NH — Two men suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday after a wrong-way two-vehicle crash on Route 16 in Pinkham's Grant, according to New Hampshire State Police. At just after 4:30 p.m., state troopers were called to a report of a crash between a pickup truck and a sedan. After an investigation, the department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit determined that a 2013 Toyota Camry, being driven by a 30-year-old man from Shelburne, was traveling north in the southbound lane and then struck a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, being driven by a 51-year-old man from Quebec.

Both men were taken to area hospitals for treatment. The man from Quebec was later medflighted to Maine Medical Center.

Troop D K-9 Unit "Lincoln" and Sgt. Vincent Grieco assisted tracking down a home invasion and possible attempted sexual assault suspect in Loudon on Wednesday. State police were sent to the town at around 1 a.m. for a report of home invasion and woman being assaulted. The pair conducted a track which led to another home in the immediate area.

Loudon police and state troopers continued to investigate the incident, including a search of the suspect's home, and found that Lincoln had "successfully tracked down the suspect," according to a post on Facebook.

According to the Concord Monitor, Michael Peacan, 25, was arrested and held on burglary, simple assault, and criminal mischief, and a violation of probation charge. The victim suffered injuries but was able to fight off her attacker.

Peacan, according to a post on Patch, was arrested in August and September 2013, on felony arson, theft, crimimal threatening, and default or breach of bail conditions charges after incidents at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road and Walmart on Loudon Road.

Alexandra Clark, 21, of Newmarket, was arrested on July 27, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on Route 16 in Portsmouth.

Bryan Julian, 38, of North Hampton, was arrested on July 26, on driving after revocation or suspension and manufacturing, selling of an official inspection or registration sticker charges as well as open container and blue lights rest'd to law enforcement violations. He was arrested on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton.

David Thompson, 50, of Portsmouth, was arrested on July 26, and charged with DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08. DUI-second offense, and DUI-second offense-adult greater than 0.08 charges. He was arrested on Route 16 South in Newington.

Bernard Halligan, 56, of Weatogue, Connecticut, was arrested on July 30, on a DUI charge on I-93 North near the Exit 3 onramp in Windham.

Manuel Perkins, 27. Of Nashua, was arrested on a bench warrant on July 30, on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack.

Krystal Cummings, 31, of Nashua, was arrested on July 29, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.

Joseph Pereira, 34, of Manchester, was arrested on July 28, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on I-293 North in Manchester.

Sean Callery, 32, of Manchester, was arrested on a DUI charge on July 27, at the intersection of Granite and South Commercial streets in Manchester.

Maurice Wynn, 33, of Dorchester, MA, was arrested on July 27, on driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled drug charges.

Tasha Nolan, 21, of Chichester, was arrested on Aug. 1, on a DUI-second offense charge on I-93 North before Exit 17 in Sanbornton.

Jade Beaulieu, 32, of Greenville, was arrested on Aug. 1, on a DUI charge on I-93 North at the Hooksett tolls.

Lucas Zachary, 28, of Concord, was arrested on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett on Aug. 1.

Michael Corey, 45, of Concord, was arrested on July 31, on DUI and a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as an open container violation on I-93 North in Concord.

Haley Seidensticker, 32, of Manchester, was arrested on July 30, on possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and controlled drug; manufacturing/deliver drug paraphernalia as well as an open container violation on I-93 North at the Hooksett tolls.

Charles Maynard, 32, of Concord, was arrested on July 29, on operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, and misuse of plates charges. Sean Dashnaw, 29, of Concord, was also arrested on a simple assault charge. They were charged after an incident on Sand Road in Pembroke.

Jeffrey Cieboter, 52, of Canterbury, was arrested on July 29, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, suspension of vehicle registration, and operating after being certified as a habitual offender on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Kimberly Thompson, 50, of Charlestown, was arrested on I-89 North next Exit 11 in New London on a reckless operation charge on July 29.

Morgan Fontaine-Wilmot, 24, of Belmont, was arrested on July 29, on two possession of a controlled drug charges on I-93 North in Concord.

Lee Theriault, 35, of Lunenburg, Vermont, was arrested on July 27, on a possession of a controlled drug charge. Also arrested was Kenneth England, 38, of Littleton, on two counts of possession of controlled drug. They were arrested on I-93 North in Concord.

Marcus Tardiff, 37, of Manchester, was arrested on July 27, on I-89 South in Hopkinton on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Gavin Farnsworth, 20, of White River Junction, VT, was arrested on July 27, on speeding – 16-20 mph over the 65 limit and transport alcohol by a minor charges and unlawful possession/intoxication violation on I-89 North near Exit 19 in Lebanon.

Elisha Rivera, 27, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on July 27, on aggravated DUI-0.16+, DUI, and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on I-93 South in Bow.

Kurt Kozat, 44, of Concord, was arrested on July 27, on aggravated DUI-0.16+ and two DUI charges on I-93 North in the area of the Hooksett rest area.
