New London Woman Arrested On 3 Child Endangerment Charges: Log
Woman faces felony theft charge after prior convictions; inmate arrested on Bridge Street; man arrested twice in 4 days on various charges.
CONCORD, NH — Kristen L. MacRae, born 1991, homeless, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on July 29, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Travis Wilson Chaput, born 1980, homeless, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on July 28, on criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Hall Street.
Jeffrey Raymond Gonzalez Cruz, born 1997, homeless, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on July 23, on a bench warrant outside of the Aamco on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 7:52 p.m. on July 27, on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and breach of bail charges after an incident at the skateboard park on Loudon Road.

James A. Vigeant, born 1985, unknown address, was arrested on Bridge Street at 9:38 p.m. on July 26, on a department assist.
Thelastris Elena Durand, born 1987, of New London, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on July 26, on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child charges at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Cody Richard Merrill, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on July 26, on a warrant. He was arrested on Stickney Avenue.
Eric Mandigo, born 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on July 25, on possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a bench warrant at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street.
Clayton Svenberg, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 10:57 a.m. on July 23, on a warrant at Fellowship House on Pleasant Street.
