Pair From Bow Accused Of Drug Dealing Again: Concord Police Log
Plus: Concord, Waterbury Center, VT, women arrested on domestic violence assault charges; a Boscawen woman faces resisting arrest charge.
CONCORD, NH — Brookelynn Kay Swenson, born 1999, of Boscawen, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2019, on a resisting arrest or detention charge at the 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook.
Dawn M. Withington, born 1977, of Concord, received a summons at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a theft charge after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.
Brandon Michael Aubin, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Oct. 10 and charged with two counts endangering the welfare of a child-solicit sex, two counts of computer services; use prohibited-second offense or child under 13, and eight counts of transmit a lewd image to a child under 16, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident on Shawmut Street.

Jemi Elizabeth Broussard, born 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Oct. 9 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the Rollins Park area of the city.
Michael Briand, pictured right, born 1991, of Bow, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 8 on sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug-other; sale less than 0.5 ounces. Megan M. Judd, left, born 1994, of Bow, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on Oct. 8 on four counts of sale of a controlled drug. They were arrested after an incident on South Street.

Ellen Odom Bardin, born 1959, of Waterbury Center, Vermont, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Oct. 9 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Chez Alia Couture on Franklin Street.
Robert L. Ayer, born 1981, of Loudon, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on Oct. 7 on a bench warrant after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.
