CONCORD, NH — Shannon M. Garman, year of birth 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on March 3, 2019, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident at Shaw’s on D’Amante Drive.

Jessica L. King, year of birth 1987, of Concord, was charged at 3:58 p.m. on March 2, 2019, for theft by unauthorized taking-shoplifting after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She was released on a summons.

Frank L. Heath, year of birth 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2019, for sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply.

Raymond Hardy, year of birth 1939, of Concord, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2019, as a fugitive from justice.

Brandon T. Corliss, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2019, for violation of a protective order on Manchester Street near Garvins Falls.

Sean G. Blessington, year of birth 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2019, for loitering or prowling. He was arrested after an incident on Oak Hill Road.
