On Oct. 3, 2019, officers were sent to the parking lot of the Holiday Inn on North Main Street for a report of people passed out inside of a Ford SUV, according to an affidavit. One of the people in the vehicle, Morrison, had an active warrant out of Rockingham County and after it was confirmed, was arrested. After Morrison was secured in the police cruiser, an officer noticed a small concealment container attached to a key ring she had. He opened it up, the affidavit stated, and inside, found a small baggie with an N8 paper strip. Since the officer couldn't identify the item, it was seized and Morrison was transported to the Merrimack County Jail. Later, at police headquarters, the officer reported the strip was suboxone. An arrest warrant was issued on Oct. 21, 2019.
