Strafford Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jacob Ryan Silverstein, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on July 26, 2020, on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges after an incident in the South End and a public urination or defection charge after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street. Previously, Silverstein was convicted of felony theft in December 2019 in Concord in Merrimack County Superior Court and disorderly conduct in Manchester in April 2018.

Sean Robitaille, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on July 26 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at the Sewalls Falls State Recreation Area.

Ian James Tucker, 24, of Concord was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on July 24 on stalking, violation of a protection order, and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at the 7-Eleven on Village Street. Previously, he was convicted on a felony burglary charge out of Concord in October 2015.

Garrett White, 36, of Hillsboro was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on July 24 on three counts of forgery, three counts of theft by deception-less than $1,000, and three counts of receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges. The charges stem from at least one incident at the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust on Loudon Road. White, according to Merrimack and Hillsborough superior court documents, has numerous prior and active cases including burglary, forgery, drug possession and dealing, DUI, stolen property, stolen firearm, theft, criminal mischief, resisting, driving after revocation, and bail violations.

Sarah Kay Douillette, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on July 22 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident in the Loudon Road and I-393 area of the city.

David Robert Benger, born 1954, of Strafford was arrested at 3:39 p.m. on July 21 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Donald Jackson Freese III, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on July 20 on a domestic violence-criminal threatening charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He was found guilty on threat and assault charges in January 2013 and assault by a prisoner in September 2014.

Martin F. Ferland, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on July 19 on a driving while intoxicated charge on Broad Cove Drive.

James Bub Bullock, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on July 19 on two possession of controlled drugs charges after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. Bullock has several prior drug dealing, drug possession, and theft convictions in Concord.
