Merrimack Police And Fire Respond To Report Of Body In River

Police and fire responded to the Merrimack River on Mast Road Wednesday after a Kayaker found a body.

MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack police and firefighters were dispatched to the Merrimack River off Mast Road around 6 p.m. Wednesday for a report of body found in the river.

The body was found by a kayaker who stated it was the body of a man.

Fire and police remain on scene, and the medical examiner has been requested.
