Drug Arrest On Madison Avenue: Police

Alexander Ibragimov was arrested and charged with possession, police said.

MADISON, NJ - A 31-year-old Richmond Hill, New York man was arrested and charged with possession after a motor vehicle stop on March 5.

According to authorities, Patrolman Michael Clancy stopped Alexander Ibragimov's vehicle on Madison Avenue for speeding. While
conducting his investigation, Clancy observed signs of drug use in plain view, police said. Ibragimov, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.

He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, both being disorderly person’s offenses, police said.

He was later released pending his Madison Municipal Court appearance.
