Only local traffic is being permitted on Dover Road, police said.
SOUTH TOMS RIVER, NJ — Dover Road in South Toms River is closed Tuesday morning due to road construction in the area, police said.
The road is closed to through traffic from South Main Street to Flint Road, police said.
Only local traffic will be permitted in the area.
