Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce Launches New Guidebook

The Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce has released its 2019 guide to the neighborhood and its local businesses.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — The Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce has released a new guide to the neighborhood and its local businesses.

The 2019 Forest Hills Chamber Community Guide provides locals and visitors with a directory of local businesses organized by category, neighborhood fun facts and history and contact information for local elected officials and and community organizations.

It also includes a list of the companies that are members of the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce, which sponsors two festivals each year as part of its effort to get residents to support local businesses.

"I think of our members as being part of the fabric of Forest Hills and what I call the 3 C's: commerce, community and culture," Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce president Leslie Brown wrote in the introduction to the 2019 guide.

"Commerce makes the community thrive and culture brings the community together," Brown added.
