Chinatown welcomed the Chinese New Year with the annual lunar parade.

CHINATOWN, NY – New Yorkers and visitors roamed the streets in Manhattan's Chinatown Sunday to welcome the Chinese new year. The festivities kicked off with a colorful parade, and the celebration quickly took over the neighborhood.
