PORTLAND, OR – The Fourth of July is just around the corner. The annual celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence will be marked throughout the Portland metro area with fireworks, concerts and more.

From the Waterfront Blues Festival to the St. Paul Rodeo, there are plenty of options for you and your family.

The main event, as always, will be taking place at Tom McCall Waterfront Park – the annual Blues Fest Celebration.

The Fourth of July will be marked by concerts from artists including Curtis Salgado and Robert Cray. The evening ends with fireworks over the Willamette. Check here for the full schedule and more details.

Another great annual event will be at Oaks Park. From 12 p.m. through 12 a.m., there will be music, mini golf, rollerskating, picnic areas and, of course, fireworks at desk. Go here for more information.

If Washington is more your thing, there is the annual celebration at Fort Vancouver. As they say on their website, for the 56th year, there will be "food, fun, and entertainment." The end of the day will be marked by fireworks. More details can be found here.

The St. Paul Rodeo was first staged in 1935. This year will show that it just keeps getting better. From July 2-6, there will be events every day. On the 4th, there's the Family Day Performance. live music and, at 10:15 p.m., fireworks. The entire schedule and details can be found here.
