Village Renaissance Faire Set For Sept. 14, 15 In Wrightstown

There will be armored horseback jousting, aerialist shows, puppetry, juggling, comedy, live music, and much more.

WRIGHTSTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The popular Village Renaissance Faire is set for Sept. 14 and 15 at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds.

All proceeds go to support the public Village Library in Wrightstown.

"This all volunteer community event attracted over 9,000 in one weekend last year. Please come join us. An event for all ages and affordable to all. Its hard to believe, but once you come its even harder to leave," organizers said in an event announcement.

It features hundreds of performers every half hour on 10 stages. Plus, there will be armored horseback jousting, aerialist shows, puppetry, juggling, comedy, live music, games and much more.

New this year is the Penns Wood Puppet Theatre, UnScripted Renaissance Improv, Polish Renaissance, and more.

The Faire is held from 11:00-6:00 p.m. both days. The cost to get in is $10 for adults; $5 for students and free for those under 5. Parking is free.
