Overnight rain turned into snow early Wednesday morning, leading to a slippery morning across Rhode Island. North Kingstown saw the highest accumulation, according to the National Weather Service, coming in at 4.8 inches.

Although it was light, fluffy snow, it made for a messy morning across the state. In South Kingstown, a tow truck had to be called after a RIPTA bus got stuck at the top of a hill and went off the road. While there were only two school districts that canceled classes, cities and towns across the state had parking bans in place as crews worked to clear the roads.

Here's a look at how much snow fell in each city and town in Rhode Island, according to the National Weather Service. All accumulation totals are in inches.
