The Daily Meal named Providence's Mills Tavern the most expensive dining establishment in our state, calling it "warm and inviting" and a "good place to visit when you’re looking to spare no expense." The opulent offerings include a $159 "grand experience" shellfish platter, $120 for a 36 ounce Prime tomahawk rib-eye steak and $24 seared foie gras.
