Austin Polkapocalypse Promises Family Fun, Live Music, More

Annual Polkapocalypse is a free event with activities for the family and a mix of polka sounds everyone will enjoy.

AUSTIN, TX β€” The Elisabet Ney Museum in partnership with Texas Folklife, and support from Texas Commission on the Arts announces its SIXTH First Annual Polkapocalypse, where audiences enjoy Polka bands and a unique mix of Tejano, Czech, German, Polish, Gypsy, and NorteΓ±o sounds.

Happening Sunday, Oct. 27 from 12 p.m. to 5:30 pm. at the Elisabet Ney Museum located at 304 E 44th St., Austin, TX 78751, Polkapocalypse promises to be a great event for the entire family. Admission is free and all are welcome to enjoy dancing, food, drink and great live music! Coolers, picnics and chairs are welcome and nearby parking will be available.
