ONE (1) MILL FOR RECREATION EXPENDITURES, ONE-HALF (1/2) MILL FOR SUBLETTE
B.O.C.E.S., AND 0.123 MILL FOR REGION V B.O.C.E.S.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for:
Sublette County School District # 1 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, which is now
being considered by the Board of Trustees of Sublette County School District # 1, will be held in
Pinedale, Wyoming on the 17th day of July, 2018 at Seven-thirty o’clock p.m. (7:30), at which time
any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.
In addition to the mandatory school levies, set by statue, the Board of Trustees will consider
the levying of ó (.5) mill for the Sublette B.O.C.E.S. as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-
109(a). This mill rate was in effect during the 2018-2019 fiscal year and does not represent an
increase in the tax rate for the ensuing 2019-2020 fiscal year. The Board of Trustees will also
consider the levying of one (1) mill for the purpose of recreational expenditures as permitted under
Wyoming Statute 18-9-201. This mill was in effect during the 2018-2019 fiscal year and does not
represent an increase for the ensuing 2019-2020 fiscal year.
The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of 0.123 mill for the Region V B.O.C.E.S.
as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a). This mill was in effect during the 2018-2019
fiscal year and doe not represent an increase for the ensuing 2019-2020 fiscal year.
The hearing will be held in the School District’s Board Room in the Administration Building
located at 665 North Tyler Ave., Pinedale, Wyoming.

Boulder Lake Improvement District
Board of Directors will hold a Meeting on
July 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Boulder Lake
