The Los Angeles Rams may have already wrapped up the NFC West, but the Seahawks are still a fixture in the playoff hunt in Week 15.

The Los Angeles Rams will host the Philadelphia Eagles in a Sunday night game that has lost some of its luster. With Carson Wentz out for Week 15 and possibly the rest of 2018, fans in the Coliseum will welcome quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles to the Coliseum as he tries to keep long shot playoff hopes alive.

As for the rest of the NFC West, the Seattle Seahawks are at the San Francisco 49ers in what could be your classic trap game, as the wildcard hopeful Seahawks will host the Kansas City Chiefs next week. The Niners meanwhile are looking to string two home wins together following their upset win against the Denver Broncos last Sunday.

The Arizona Cardinals will travel to the East Coast to play a disappointing Atlanta Falcons team. Arizona lost at home last Sunday to the Detroit Lions 17-3.

With the NFC West decided, only two teams, the Rams and the Seahawks, figure into the playoff picture. Los Angeles is your division winner and still in the hunt for the top seed in the NFC, while Seattle is on a four game winning streak and is looking at a possible wildcard berth.

In San Francisco and Arizona, both teams are looking to finish strong or at the very least for one of them to finish out of the division basement.
