Southampton: 3 previous impressive results for Saints away at Arsenal

Southampton make the trip to North London to face Arsenal on Sunday and will be looking to get a positive result on the board.

A 2-1 loss to Cardiff City last time out saw them drop back into the Premier League’s relegation zone by a point and they now have 12 games left to ensure survival.

Whilst Arsenal sit just a point outside the top-four, there has been criticism of Unai Emery and his Gunners squad, who also have the latter stages of the Europa League to contend with.

The meeting between these two sides at St Mary’s in December saw Saints claim a 3-2 victory and they have managed to get a few positive results against Arsenal in recent years.
