RALEIGH, N.C. -- Major changes could soon be underway for a popular Raleigh shopping center.

  • Several businesses including, most recently, Tokyo House, have closed down
  • CBRE Raleigh describing Celebration at Six Forks , as "a for lease property, in which the new owner is planning major renovations and significant tenant upgrades"

Billy Williams, the owner of Boondini's Sandwich Superstore, which has been a staple at Celebration since 1986, says his shop is being forced to shut down to make room for future businesses.

"They say they want this space for what their future vision of the shopping center is which they wont tell anybody," said Williams.
