The St. Louis Blues are inspiring fans with their kindness, and Vince Dunn was the latest member of the Stanley Cup champions to step up during his day with the trophy.

Dunn went home to Lindsay, Ontario, and met with Lawny Woodcock, a Toronto Maple Leafs fan who is battling colon cancer. Woodcock said he supported the Blues because of the large contingent of the Canadians on the roster, once the Maple Leafs were ousted by the Boston Bruins.

Woodcock can’t leave the hospital until 2020 and Dunn surprised him with the Cup, along with a series of gifts, bringing tears to his eyes.

Way to go, Vince.
