Bracketology: ESPN has Texas moving up, but is Oklahoma still inside bracket bubble?

With 30 days remaining until the 2019 NCAA D-I Men's Basketball Tournament field is announced, the stakes are only becoming higher for every game -- and every installment of bracketology.

As of the latest updates, both ESPN and CBS Sports still have eight Big 12 teams making the tournament, though Oklahoma, riding a five-game skid, is holding on for dear life as one of the last four teams in on both brackets. Texas and Texas Tech were both trending in the right direction in ESPN's bracket, up one spot each to a No. 8 and No. 4 seed, respectively, but CBS still has the Longhorns as a No. 11 seed.

Also notable was TCU, who is now projected to face Syracuse in the opening round for a second straight season in the ESPN bracket. ESPN had the Horned Frogs tabbed as a No. 9 seed, while CBS was slightly more generous, putting Jamie Dixon's squad as a No. 8 seed.

Beyond the Big 12, No. 9 Houston remained the highest-seeded Texas team in both brackets -- each as a No. 3 seed -- while Sam Houston State, Texas State and Prairie View A&M were also in the mix.
