There won’t be a NASCAR racer in sight at Dover Downs on March 2, but there will be plenty of women entrepreneurs, gathering for the WILDE (Women in Leadership Development and Empowerment) Women’s Wellness and Business Conference.

The day-long event will focus on entrepreneurship with a twist: These businesswomen prioritize self care.

From the event page:

“Team WILDE understands that in order for women to be successful entrepreneurs and professionals they must first take care of themselves physically, spiritually and mentally. The theme for 2019 is Equip, Elevate and Empower HEROur goal for the conference is not only to inspire, but to also provide the right strategies, resources and execution plans for women to thrive personally and professionally.”

Some of the topics include managing stress and anxiety, at-home workouts, meal planning, resume writing, marketing strategy and social media — and look out for the author bootcamp.

Scheduled keynote speakers include Delaware Lt. Gov. Bethany Hall-Long and Andromeda Raheem, founder of Women by Choice.

Tickets are $135, with discounts for active duty military and college students.
