A jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County convicted appellant Jarred Stephon Barclay of two counts of human trafficking and one count of receiving the earnings of a person engaged in prostitution. The court sentenced Barclay to six years in prison. He noted a timely appeal in which he asks us to consider the following questions: 1. Did the circuit court err in denying Appellant’s motion to suppress on the ground that Appellant lacked standing to challenge the seizure of evidence recovered as a result of the car stop? 2.
