Indianapolis CBS reporter’s boyfriend proposes to her live on set

A traffic reporter for an Indianapolis television station got a Valentine’s Day surprise when her boyfriend proposed to her live on set.

CBS4’s Rachel Bogle ended her morning segment on Thursday, but the cameras continued to roll as “Blue,” the Indianapolis Colts mascot, walked onto set.

“What is going on?” Bogle says in the video.

{mosads}A second, inflatable version of Blue also entered the set, hiding Bogle’s boyfriend, Chad Bouchez.

After Blue unzipped the costume, Bouchez got down on one knee and popped the question. A tearful Bogle immediately said yes, and the couple embraced as Blue and coworkers celebrated.

Bogle later tweeted: “The BEST Valentine’s Day EVER!”
