Former Vice President Joe Biden will speak in Burlington, Iowa, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
Biden is expected to link President Trump to the mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, saying the president has “fanned the flames of white supremacy.”
Biden’s comments come as Trump is facing widespread condemnation for his rhetoric, which some say has contributed to the mass shooting over the weekend in El Paso that left at least 22 people dead.
