Police concerned for injured man’s safety after Lincoln fight

Police are appealing for information

A 29-year-old man may have been injured during a fight in Lincoln in the early hours of the morning and police are extremely concerned for his safety.

Lincolnshire Police received a report of an altercation involving a small group of people on Moorland Avenue in Lincoln at around 2am on May 27.

They said it was reported that Richard Paul Smith may have been injured during the incident.

Another man, a 28-year-old, was also injured during the incident. He was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening, police said.

Police would like Richard to get in touch to let them know he is safe and well.

The force are also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen Richard or has spoken with him since the incident.
