So Dwight Gayle is banned two matches, but will be back for the match against Leeds. Funny how that works.

Since Gayle accepted the charge, he’ll miss the next two fixtures for West Bromwich Albion: Away at Aston Villa and home against Queens Park Rangers. If it had been appealed, it might have taken a while to resolve. The fixtures that Gayle will be back in time for? Leeds United and Sheffield United.

Funny that.

On to the links.
