AGARTALA: The vice-president of ONGC
Tripura Power Company (OTPC) and four other officials, including the plant in charge, were suspended on Wednesday after they were accused of
sexual harassment by a former employee.
"Following the allegations, managing director Satyajit Ganguly sent all five employees on forced leave and initiated a high-level internal inquiry," an OTPC official said.
They have been asked to leave the OTPC Complex immediately, but police have asked them not to leave the state.
A five-member committee, led by a woman officer of the OTPC, is also investigating the matter.
