blood at the crime scene.
A CCTV footage of the suicide shows that the woman jumped from the fourth floor with her back hitting the ground, and then her head banging on the floor. She might have suffered internal injuries and brain haemorrhage due to which she died, said an FSL expert.
Sandbag brought inFSL experts, who were analyzing the crime scene, believed that Dr Meeta might have stood at the 3ft-parapet of the fourth floor and observed the height for around five to six seconds before taking the jump.
FSL and
Vastrapur police twice reconstructed the crime scene. At their first attempt, a sandbag weighing around 50kg was thrown to check where it lands, and whether she had been thrown or pushed. Later, the bag was dropped from the parapet with its trajectory confirming that she had committed suicide.
