Car set ablaze over police complaint

Ahmedabad: Noor Shaikh, 52, a resident of Noornagar Housing Society in Vatva who runs a transport business, has alleged that Imran Salim, his father Salim, and Hussain Salim, and Noorjahan — all residents of the same area — set ablaze his car and brandished weapons to intimidate him to withdraw a police complaint. “Shaikh has alleged that is son Azhar told him on phone that the accused had gathered near their house and set their car ablaze,” said a police official.tnn
