AHMEDABAD:
Indian Railways has appealed to the
passengers with pre-existing medical conditions to avoid travelling as the journey may aggravate the risks.

the ministry of railways has urged the persons with co-morbidity (for example hypertension, diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases, cancer, immune deficiency conditions), pregnant women, children below the age of 10 years and persons above 65 years of age to avoid travelling by rail, except when it is essential.
