Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has announced the tentative schedule of counselling for BTech, BArch and Integrated MSc courses. The process of registration of candidates started on Friday.
According to the OJEE notification, the candidates can download their rank cards from www.ojee.nic.in before registering and filling the choice of colleges for the counselling process.
“They have to pay the application fee online,” OJEE chairman SK Chand said.
The next step is to go for choice-lock facility, which will be activated on June 29. The last date for the registration process and choice-lock facility will be June 30.
On July 1, OJEE will publish the first round of allotment of seats to students. Following this, they will go to the nodal centres for verification of essential documents between July 6 and 12. If a student does not want to continue with the counselling process, s/he can withdraw from this process.

OJEE will publish the results of the final round of allotment of seats on July 22. Students allotted seats in this round have to report to their nodal centres the very next day between 9.30am and 5pm.

Students left out in the first, second and final rounds can register and fill their choices on July 25 along with the candidates who secured ranks in the Special OJEE test. The state government conducts special OJEE test to fill the huge vacancies in its engineering colleges.
The last date for registration and choice-lock for the candidates who have been left out is July 27. The first round of allotment for the second phase of counselling will be held on July 30, while students can verify their documents at their nodal centres on August 1 and 2.
