Odia singer’s first Hindi song on patriotism

Popular Odia singer Amrita Bharati Panda has lent her voice for a Hindi song for the first time. The singer, who is a find from national talent hunt shows and became popular in Odisha for her Odia songs, has rendered the song.

The song titled, Vande Mataram, has been sung by several other singers along with Panda. Singers like Hemant Brijwasi, Salman Ali, Aneek Dhar, Raja Hasan, Nitin Kumar, Rahul Bhatt, Purusharth Jain, and Prateeksha Srivastav have lent their voices for this beautiful patriotic song.The lyrics and music direction is by Rahul Bhatt.
“This is a good, patriotic one. The cinematography of the song is beautiful and the music is soul touching. The lyrics have the ability to touch hearts and arouse passion for the country among all the listeners. At a time like today, it is going to bind every Indian with the thread of oneness. I am sure it will touch a chord in each and every listener. It’s a good way for me to enter Bollywood and make my mark,” said Amrita. She has also featured in the music video.
Amrita, a trained classical vocalist and AIR artiste, who has sung soulful Odia songs like and peppy numbers like for Ollywood, has sung several cover songs and has a large number of online followers. She also has sung for the Odia film Sundaragarh Ra Salman Khan.
