Haryana assembly elections 2019: 199 candidates of Hisar, Sirsa, Fatehabad lose deposit

In addition to the number of Nota votes polled, in the 15 assembly seats of three districts — Hisar, Sirsa, and Fatehabad — the security of 199 of the total 234 independent candidates, including candidates of various parties, was forfeited. In addition to the winning 15 candidates, only 20 candidates were able to save their deposits.

HISAR: In addition to the number of Nota votes polled, in the 15 assembly seats of three districts — Hisar, Sirsa, and Fatehabad — the security of 199 of the total 234 independent candidates, including candidates of various parties, was forfeited. In addition to the winning 15 candidates, only 20 candidates were able to save their deposits.
Talking about the parties, BSP, LSP, AAP, Swaraj India, 12 of the 14 INLD-SAD candidates, eight of the Congress 15 candidates, and 7 of the 15 JJP candidates lost their deposits.
At the same time, JJP defeated INLD, AAP defeated Swaraj India, and HLP defeated LSP. JJP stood at number one, INLD at number two, and HLP at number three among regional parties. JJP defeated Congress in both seats and number of votes polled.
In addition to the BJP, the JJP got the highest 4,43,359 votes, while Congress got 4,33,479. The 14 candidates of INLD-SAD alliance fielded in the election got 1,35,392 votes in the seven assembly seats of Hisar district, three of Fatehabad, and five of Sirsa district.
After the INLD-SAD alliance, 5 candidates of Haryana Lokhit Party got 81,641 votes, BSP got 39,925 votes, and 10 candidates of Rajkumar Saini’s Loktantra Suraksha Party got 14,056 votes. The INLD-SAD did not field its candidate in Sirsa assembly constituency. In the first election, nine candidates of Aam Aadmi Party got 11,963 votes, and four candidates of Swaraj India got only 2,188 votes.
Former minister Prof Singh — who claimed to have defeated Adampur assembly constituency candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi — could not show his influence in the area. Kuldeep Bishnoi won and Randhir Panihar saved his deposit. It may be noted that because of Kuldeep Bishnoi, Sampat Singh did not got the Congress ticket from Nalwa assembly constituency.
Talking about Nota, it was liked by most people in Dabwali, as it ranked fifth among 12 candidates in Dabwali. Similarly, among 17 candidates of Hisar and 9 candidates of Kalanwali, Nota got the sixth position. The condition of Congress in Hansi assembly constituency was so bad that its candidate lost to Rajkumar Saini of LSP, who got 6,726 votes, and Congress candidate only 2,468 votes. Apart from this, Congress could not get even 10,000 votes in Narnaund, Barwala, and Rania assembly constituency.
