Pulwama attack: Can nation be blamed for handful of people

CHANDIGARH: Strongly condemning the "cowardly" terror attack in Pulwama, Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu asked whether an entire nation can be blamed for a handful of people. "There are the good, the bad and the ugly. Every institution has them, every nation has them. The ugly need to be punished, but individuals cannot be blamed for such dastardly acts," he said.
"It is a cowardly act and I condemn it firmly.And those who did it must be punished," the minister said. "Taking a life cannot be a solution," emphasised Sidhu, adding that terror has no religion, no caste, no party and no country.
