Event for kids with learning needs

CHENNAI: Maghil learning Centre organized a project demo - concepts for life for children with learning needs (fine motor skills session) - on Saturday.
The event focussed on various concepts including fine motor skills, safety and social emotional skills. Concepts for life helps the children to improve focus, be more organized, take better decisions and to be more responsible.
It is an 11-month programme that begins in March and ends in February. Dr Srinivasa Raghavan, principal, Bala Vidya Mandir, Adyar, was part of the event.
The centre works for students with varied learning needs in an inclusive environment.
