The CBI on Thursday again sought time to complete investigation from Panchkula CBI court.
Opposing CBI’s plea, defence counsel Abhishek Singh Rana submitted a plea before the court.
He told the bench that the CBI intentionally delaying investigation while nearly three years have passed.

The accused, however, had maintained that they were framed as they were pursuing a case and witnesses in the murder of three Rajput men where 11 Dalits were accused.
On October 5, 2014, three members of the Rajput community, Indraj, Mohan Lal and Bharat Pal, were killed in a fight which took place between them and the Dalits over a mobile phone. Jitendar Kumar’s two brothers are accused in the case.
