Students of a private school in
Faridabad have launched an initiative to create awareness about road safety by giving 'thank you' cards to two-wheeler riders who follow traffic rules.
The students of
Ziva Public School, who commute on bi-cycles, also wear helmets to set an example among the two-wheeler riders who flout traffic norms.
Read this story in HindiThe school administration has also formed a 'student traffic team' that gives advice to parents and general public during their off hours.
The team comprises of around 12 students who voluntarily perform their duties during morning and noon hours.
