“We have recovered some CCTV footages which show the suspect and efforts are being made to track him down,” said SHO Ashok Kumar.
Probe revealed that Pal, a resident of south-Delhi, had initiated an inquiry against Pandey earlier this year after complaints of indiscipline against him. Following the inquiry, Pandey was sacked from the job. He had been holding a grudge against Pal since then.

Police say that Pandey, an engineering graduate, was employed as an executive manager at the company for the past five years. Pal, a senior manager, was his supervisor and was transfered to the branch, two years back. Since then, he had warned Pandey about his disciplinary issues.
Police say that ever since he was sacked, Pandey was out of job and had visited the office of the firm several times asking for a reinstatement. He had also threatened Pal with dire consequences while serving a notice period with the company.
A case of murder has been registered and a manhunt has been launched to nab Pandey. He was also found to be missing from his house near Gurugram.
