Fatorda man held for raping minor

MARGAO: A 22-year-old youth was arrested on Thursday and remanded to eight days police custody for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl.
Sources said that the Fatorda police arrested Umesh Lamani, a resident of Gawaliwadda-Fatorda, for allegedly raping the minor girl around two months ago, as the complainant now claims to be one-and-half month pregnant.
