Covid-19: Containment zones increase to 41 in Faridabad

GURUGRAM: Four more people were tested positive for Covid-19 in Faridabad on Friday, taking the total tally to 185. As four new cases were reported, the district administration has increased the number of containment zones from 32 to 41.
Those tested positive include a resident of Adarsh Colony number 4, which is already a containment zone. He had visited UP’s Jewar, his hometown. One more person tested positive is a 48-year-old woman, who is suffering from renal disease and anaemia.
She was earlier undergoing treatment in a private hospital, and now has been shifted to ESIC Medical College and Hospital.
A bank employee working in Janpath branch of a bank in Delhi was also tested positive. He was admitted to a hospital in Delhi. A 50-year-old man, who runs an electric appliances’ shop in Gurugram, was also tested positive on Friday. He had mild fever for two days. He is an asymptomatic patient.
