Around two dozen trains cancelled due to Gujjar stir
Indore: Nearly two dozen trains will remain cancelled on Friday due to ongoing Gujjar stir in Rajasthan.
Officials with Ratlam division of Western Railway said that 19 trains have been cancelled as well as 12 have been diverted on alternate routes.
The list of trains that have been cancelled includes Indore-New Delhi Intercity Superfast Express, Swaraj Express, Janta Express, Dehradun Express, Mandsaur Meerut City Link Express, Nizamuddin Express, Gorakhpur-Bandra Terminus among others.

Trains like Gandhidham, Kochuveli Express, Bandra Terminus Nizamuddin will be operated on diverted routes on Friday.
“Many trains have been diverted, short terminated or cancelled today due to Gujjar agitation between Sawai Madhopur and Bayana rail sections on North-Western Railway. Passengers have been advised to check status of their trains before arriving at the station,” said a railway spokesman. Train movement to and from city continued to remain affected on Thursday following cancellation of over two dozen trains. The list of affected trains included Indore-New Delhi Intercity Express, Kota-Mandsaur Express, Dehradun Express, Gandhidham Express, Bhagat Ki Kothi-Bilaspur Express, Nizamuddin-Pune, Udaipur Express etc. TNN
