Four succumb to Covid-19 in Indore, 36 tested positive

Indore recorded 4 deaths, including that of two women, due to Covid-19 infection on Wednesday night taking the toll to 145. As many as 36 persons were found infected with the virus taking the tally of Covid-19 individuals to 3633.

INDORE: Indore recorded 4 deaths, including that of two women, due to Covid-19 infection on Wednesday night taking the toll to 145. As many as 36 persons were found infected with the virus taking the tally of Covid-19 individuals to 3633.
A 55-year-old woman of Geeta Nagar and 65-year-old female patient of Malwa Mill area died during treatment, a local health bulletin said.

Both were diabetic and suffering from cardiac complications, it said.
Two male patients of Covid-19, 75-year-old resident of Shradha Shree Colony and 67-year-old resident of Gorakund Square – also succumbed to Covid-19. They had comorbid conditions of hypertension and cardiac ailments.
The bulletin said as many as 2184 persons have been discharged from different hospitals in Indore till date and 1304 Covid-19 patients are being treated in the district. Around 75 Covid-19 suspects are quarantined at different centres.
